Honestly? Whatever makes you feel most relaxed. You'll be lying on a heated Biomat (which feels amazing), so loose, comfortable clothes like yoga pants or sweats are perfect. You stay fully clothed the whole time, this is all about you feeling safe and at ease.

It’s not a one-size-fits-all thing. Most people feel a massive shift after just one session but real, lasting change usually happens over a series of 4 to 6 visits. We’ll take it one step at a time, no pressure, just progress.
